Tax Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team at H&R Block's franchise location in Harrah, Oklahoma. As a Tax Professional, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring accurate and timely tax preparation.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools, including video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services to clients.
• Provide clients with IRS support and represent them in audit situations, as needed.
• Mentor and support teammates to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax, with a focus on individual returns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Comfort working with virtual tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
