The Position

This sales leader will have a strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow a new and established territory to the next level. The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Mead O'Brien's corporate culture, mission, and vision within the Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma regional territory.

The Sales Representative must be actively engaged in direct customer sales, develop customer relationships, and be knowledgeable of the territory's overall business environment, including customer base, manufacturers, competition, workforce, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  5. Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements
  • Track record of consistent sales growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Associates degree or 3 years minimum B2B sales experience.
  • Experience providing integrated solutions to achieve customer process objectives.
  • Engineering or sales experience with valves, valve automation, instrumentation, or steam specialties.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form.
  • Valid and verifiable driver's license and record. Must be able to fulfill requirements of Company Fleet Policy.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, training, and safety clearances.
