Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team at RimePro Inc. This role involves performing commercial installations and retrofits on air conditioning and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, clean, and maintain HVACR systems in commercial settings.
  • Install electrical components and wiring for HVACR systems.
  • Inspect and test HVACR systems and components to ensure proper operation.
  • Keep detailed records of work performed and maintain documentation for each project.
  • Respond to emergency and service maintenance requests as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work in various environments, which may include extreme temperatures due to system failures or outdoor locations.
  • Occasionally work in cramped spaces or during irregular hours.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HVAC or related fields is required.
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and electrical components.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling at least 50 lbs., as well as performing overhead work, crawling, and squatting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Journeyman level: 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Mid-level: 2-3+ years of experience.
  • Apprentice level: 0-1+ years of experience.
