About Our ClientOur client's health system boasts a rich history of delivering outstanding medical care to its patients, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches to stay at the forefront of medical advancements. With over 40 board-certified radiologists, 7 advanced practice professionals, and more than 200 non-provider clinical staff, the department offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters growth, development, and camaraderie among its members.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $325,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options and paid time off.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Department of Radiology, guiding its strategic vision, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical expertise in collaboration with other departments and divisions to achieve goals in clinical practice, research, education, and administration.
- Developing and implementing process improvement plans, managing individual physician, division, and department performance, and allocating resources within the department.
- Fostering a culture of respect, belonging, and diversity, while promoting ongoing professional development opportunities for all colleagues.
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Radiologist with excellent leadership qualities, strong management skills, and a passion for staying abreast of the latest technological advancements in radiology.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Board certification in Radiology.
- A strong academic background warranting appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor.
- Management experience with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
