Position Overview: The foremost responsibility of every team member at Beck Construction is to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting and maintaining filters.
  • Lubricating machinery.
  • Interpreting and comprehending project plans.
  • Operating heavy machinery, particularly in sensitive utility areas.
  • Executing the installation and decommissioning of lines.
  • Conducting demolition tasks.
  • Utilizing lasers and various tools effectively.
  • Exhibiting strong leadership qualities.
  • Advancing through each project with collaborative efforts from the field team.

Qualifications:
  • Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience operating excavators around utilities.
  • Capability to install new waterlines, sewer lines, and storm drain utilities with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in reading plans and understanding project requirements.
  • Experience with lasers and other essential tools.
  • Able to interpret survey stakes and establish grades.
  • Competence in calculating aggregate and export quantities.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate the crew.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.
