Speech Language Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Hialeah Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult acute care and be able to administer various therapeutic techniques to restore functional independence and improve quality of life.
About the Role- Assess patients' speech and swallowing disorders and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Participate in performance improvement activities and maintain accurate patient records
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Florida license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience with video fluoroscopy swallowing evaluation and tracheotomy/ventilator-dependent patients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hialeah Hospital offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include:
