About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Roadway Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team at CES Consulting, LLC. As a Roadway Infrastructure Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading heavy highway construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on-time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality results.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in heavy highway construction project management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
