Job Opportunity at WellNow Urgent Care

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at WellNow Urgent Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist practitioners with examinations, procedures, and other duties as assigned
  • Administer medications and injections
  • Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
  • Efficiently manage patient flow through the office
  • Prepare exam rooms, including maintenance, sterilization of equipment, and stocking of supplies
  • Responsible for patient call back
  • Attend facility required staff training and meetings
  • Assist with other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a busy medical office preferred, but not required
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to perform all job duties with no accommodations, including lifting up to 50 pounds, repeatedly bend and twist, and stand for 10-12 hours per day
