Host/Hostess Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess at IHOP. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets guests and shows them to their tables
  • Manages reservations and waitlists
  • Answers phone calls and takes to-go orders
  • Assists with seating and serving guests
  • Maintains a clean and organized dining area
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be friendly and great with guests
  • Must be able to work on your feet for hours at a time
  • Strong guest/customer service skills
  • Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
