Manufacturing Associate III

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Associate III to join our team in a fast-paced compound production environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for weighing, mixing, and packaging compound materials to meet production specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret work orders and batch cards to ensure accurate production
- Perform precision weighing and mixing of liquids, adhesives, paint, and chemicals
- Print product labels and dispense materials into containers
- Label and package containers into corrugated boxes
- Record production data using our Day by Hour system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our High Performance Team standards
- Participate in our Safety and 5S programs, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of weights and scale usage
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Preferred Skills:
- Manufacturing experience, particularly in compound production
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
