We are seeking a Custodial/Cleaner with proven skills for an apartment community located in Woonsocket, RI. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm. A general knowledge of cleaning and maintenance is required.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure the upkeep of grounds, amenities, and common areas. They will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of market-ready units and reporting any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
