Flooring Restoration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Flooring Restoration Specialist to join our team at AllClean Carpet Care & Luv Your Rug, the premier carpet and rug cleaning company in Mid Coast Maine.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Preparation: Ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are loaded and unloaded from the work vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist Lead Technician: Provide support to the Lead Technician on each job, including prepping work areas, loading/unloading equipment, and assisting with area rug cleaning.
• Maintain Equipment: Clean and maintain all equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Clean Work Vehicle: Ensure that the work vehicle is cleaned and maintained at the end of each day.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the office team to ensure proper scheduling and coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Ability: The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer:
