Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the East Austin area. As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Your primary duties will include assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Texas. You should also have at least one year of prior LPN experience and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
