CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Reading School District.

**Compensation:** $75 per hour, independent contractor/1099

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled BCBA to conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop positive behavioral supports, and provide ongoing monitoring of student data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments and write detailed reports summarizing results* Develop and implement evidence-based positive behavioral supports* Assess students' instructional needs and create individualized programming* Monitor student data and make adjustments to programming as needed* Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs* Collaborate with teachers and staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals* Develop tools and resources to support staff in implementing positive behavior supports* Ensure fidelity of implementation of positive behavior support plans* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to address student needs* Develop and maintain professional relationships with school staff, families, and other stakeholders* Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and related fields* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors* Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to ensure high-quality services* Comply with all CCRES policies and procedures* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines* Adhere to company's code of ethics and conduct* Meet productivity standards and complete tasks within designated timelines* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities and deadlines* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized education plans* Develop and maintain effective communication with families and caregivers* Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals and other staff members as needed* Develop and implement crisis intervention plans* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement* Develop and maintain partnerships with community agencies and organizations* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge* Attend meetings and training sessions as required by the position* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management*

**Requirements:*** Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field* Current BCBA certification* Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting* Familiarity with assessment and intervention strategies for challenging behaviors* Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)* Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred* Background check clearance, including PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA Criminal Record Check, and FBI Fingerprinting* TB screening clearances* Proof of liability insurance
