14 Prime Steakhouse is an upscale dining establishment in Jacksonville, Florida. We are committed to providing exceptional service and a unique dining experience for our guests. Our wine selection plays a crucial role in this goal, and we are seeking a skilled Sommelier to join our team.

As a Sommelier at 14 Prime Steakhouse, you will be responsible for curating and managing our wine program. Your expertise will guide our guests in selecting the perfect wine to complement their meals. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure harmonious pairings of food and wine.

• Curate and maintain an extensive wine list that reflects our restaurant's style and cuisine.
• Provide exceptional wine service, including recommendations and pairings.
• Conduct wine tastings and staff training sessions to enhance knowledge and service.
• Manage wine inventory, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage.

We require a Certified Sommelier or equivalent certification, extensive knowledge of wines, regions, and varietals, proven experience as a Sommelier in fine dining, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and inventory management skills, and a passion for wine and guest experiences.
