Job Title: Hospice Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide to join our team at The HomeCare Partners. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist licensed staff with patient care activities and related non-professional services
  • Perform light housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Adhere to facility policies and procedures regarding safety, infection control, and patient care
Requirements:
  • High School Education or Equivalent
  • Current HHA or CNA Certification
  • Six (6) months experience in Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, Adult Home or Home Care
