Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker/Finisher to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods according to our operational and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare baked goods, including muffins and breads, to meet our quality and operational standards.
  • Set up products in the donut case on time to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Manage inventory of received products to ensure accurate ordering and minimize waste.
  • Perform donut finisher duties, including filling and frosting of donuts, to meet our quality standards.
  • Clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
