About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and proactive individual to join our Marketing team as a Social Media Marketing Coordinator Intern/Co-op. This part-time position offers the opportunity to become full-time as we expand our influencer marketing program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and onboard new influencers aligned with our audience and goals.
  • Manage daily communication and updates for influencer campaigns.
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure timely execution of influencer agreements.
  • Maintain strong influencer relationships, providing necessary resources for success.
  • Collaborate with influencers and the marketing team on content strategy.
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, including logistics, market management, and reporting.
  • Provide weekly updates on influencer reach and campaign progress.
  • Measure success and work on implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Creative, marketer, effective communicator, active in social media.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and growth-oriented with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and creative skills. Self-motivated, quick learner, and collaborative team player.
  • Comfortable with influencer platforms and adept at leveraging AI-driven marketing tools and tech solutions.
  • Experienced with Excel and other standard workflow tools for collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing or similar area, 1-2 years experience in an influencer coordination role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Influencer marketing and how brand partnerships work.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and content creation industry.
  • Passionate about travel with a keen interest in the travel industry.
  • Exposure to expats, global culture, immigrant lifestyles, and multicultural diaspora is a plus.

What We Offer:

The pay range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour and is dependent on experience and qualifications.

We are based in Santa Clara, California, and are seeking local candidates only.

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with in-office attendance 3-4 days per week at our Santa Clara location.
