Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Analyst to join our team at Developmental Pathways Inc. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized programming, and providing support to clients and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, and other relevant tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized programming plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and clients to ensure effective support and communication.
  • Manage data collection and record-keeping for assessments and programming.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to clients and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Experience with programming, developing, and implementing intervention programs based on ABA principles.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
