Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg

eTeam Inc is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Med Surg role.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services, including working with providers, clinic staff, and management to ensure excellent quality of care and services.
  • Lead and direct the clinic staff to ensure efficient operation of all aspects of the clinic, including the front desk and patient care.
  • Maintain medication inventory and supplies not on the Warehouse PAR system.
  • Ensure quality control checks are done with Point of Care tests.
  • Document all care and services provided in a clear and concise manner, completing nurse duties professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of provider clinics.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Maintain skill sets, annual competencies, certifications, and participate in in-services and educational programs within the Clinic, hospital, and/or community as assigned.
  • Complete all mandatory training and adhere to infection control policy and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including adequate supplies and upkeep of unit and equipment.
  • Report any defective or missing equipment and safety hazards.
  • Address employee concerns consistent with Human Resources Policy.
