Taylor Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in a large manufacturing company in Shawnee, OK.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Primary contact for vendors and plant personnel for Accounts Payable matters.
    • Collaborate with external auditors and management to ensure accurate and timely recording of plant accounting, meeting all GAAP and IFRS requirements.
    • Provide support for Cash Flow Forecasting and Financial Statement Preparation.
    • Offer guidance on accounting issues, including Inventories, Fixed Assets, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting, to Accounting Specialist, Plant Analyst, and Manufacturing personnel.
    • Assist in the Monthly Closing Process for the plant.
    • Support Property Tax Submissions and Ad Hoc Financial Requests.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial or accounting roles.
  • A deep understanding of complex financial and accounting transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of manufacturing positions and across different cultures.
