Policyholder Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated Policyholder Advocate to join our team at Insure Pacific Inc., DBA: Prineville Insurance Agency. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for advocating on behalf of policyholders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. • Advocate on behalf of policyholders to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
• Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date on new marketing initiatives and product offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across channels.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience is essential for this position.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are must-haves.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software is necessary.
• Broad knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.
