Position OverviewIn this position, you will be responsible for delivering both emergency and non-emergency medical assistance and transportation to individuals who are ill or injured, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and BELL Ambulance policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exemplary client care by employing suitable diagnostic tools based on thorough assessments.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and the healthcare community.
- Communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations and high-quality care.
- Engage in the 'pit stop' process to verify that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and functioning properly.
- Obtain and maintain all required licenses and training mandated by the State of Wisconsin for this role.
- Possession of a current and valid State of Wisconsin Paramedic license with Critical Care endorsement.
- Must fulfill fitness for duty criteria as established by company policies, which may include medical and physical evaluations.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401K program.
Compensation is set at an hourly wage of $29.
