We are seeking a skilled Clamp Operator to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a Clamp Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

• Delegate tasks to team members and ensure efficient workflow.
• Train new team members on department processes and procedures.
• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
• Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, and delivery time, and dispatching to carriers.
• Operate powered industrial lift trucks (MHE/forklift) and order picker to push, pull, lift, stack, or move product, equipment, and materials.
• Use an RF gun with high accuracy to track inventory and manage stock levels.
• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned places.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Load and unload trailers as required.
• Adhere to the client program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and an understanding of the client's Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving and outbound processes, coordinate and expedite requests, and time-specific pickups and deliveries.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products, perform inventory controls, and maintain quality standards.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work in a variety of climates and conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and have keen knowledge of logistics operations.
• Able to work in a team environment while delivering independent results.
• Must have a valid driver's license and experience using a sit-down MHE/forklift, preferably within the last year.
