Job Overview

Inventprise Inc. is a pioneering biotechnology company dedicated to developing innovative vaccines and technologies that have a significant impact on global health. As a Research Associate II, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of immunological assays for various vaccines under development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and execute immunological experiments with minimal supervision, adhering to GLP guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of immunological reagents, including monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, standard and quality control antigens.
  • Develop and perform ELISA-based immunoassays, execute data workup, and qualify assays based on ICH guidelines.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot experiments, develop new methods, compile, and evaluate results.
  • Write and edit SOPs, method qualification, and validation reports as per project requirements.
  • Collaborate in internal and external research projects related to the development of new testing assays.

Requirements:

Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in immunology, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.

Professional Experience:
  • At least two years of biological/biochemistry research laboratory experience.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit and stand unassisted for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Mental Demands:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and in team settings with changing priorities.

Working Conditions:
  • On-site position in Redmond or Woodinville, WA. No remote or hybrid work available.
  • Extended periods of time on the computer.
  • Working in warm environments wearing sterile gowning.

Compensation:

The estimated base salary for this position is $29.00 - $35.45 hourly, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) program, paid time off, stock, and bonus plans.
