About the Role

This part-time/PRN position offers an estimated salary of $42,000-$52,000 per year, depending on experience. As a PCA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, respond to emergency calls, and maintain accurate resident care documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care.
  • Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities.
  • Respond to resident emergency call systems.
  • Maintain required resident care documentation per State regulations and Navion Senior Solutions policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • Must be willing to obtain 80-hour personal care training certificate. Navion can provide this training.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
