Case Management Supervisor

Lifelong is a community health organization dedicated to removing barriers to health. We are seeking a skilled Case Management Supervisor to join our team, supporting the development and implementation of our case management programs.
This is a full-time, exempt position that offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes paid time off, medical and dental coverage, and a balanced work-life integration.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise case management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes, working closely with senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to promote the agency's mission and values.
- Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in a social services or related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in professional supervisory and leadership positions.
- Experience working with government grants and contracts.
