Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Maintenance Staff: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Maintenance Schedules: Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage Maintenance Budgets: Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenditures are in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform Maintenance Tasks: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and safe for residents.
  • Communicate with Residents: Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including property management and customer service, to ensure that all aspects of property maintenance are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of Property Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in property maintenance, including supervisory or management experience.
  • HVAC Certification (Preferred): Certification in HVAC repair and maintenance is preferred but not required.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
