Job Summary:

  • Collect, create, update, maintain, and verify geospatial data
  • Maintain standard installation map products and create customized map products for clients
  • Train and mentor GIS users
  • Respond to GIS requests from clients and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship
  • DoD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in GIS using ArcGIS 10.x Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and related geospatial software tools

Desired Capabilities:

  • Advanced experience with Esri software, including data collection, editing, manipulation, analysis, and maintenance
  • Experience with spatial, analytical, and cartographic techniques
  • Knowledge of theories, principles, and best practices used within GIS databases, software, and equipment
  • Experience applying GIS technologies to resolve business issues
  • Knowledge of the Spatial Data Standard for Infrastructure and Environment (SDSFIE)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications
