Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals as a Flight Paramedic with ECU Health EastCare. As a critical care transport specialist, you will play a vital role in providing advanced medical care to critically ill and injured patients transported by our air and ground units.

The Flight Paramedic functions as a member of the critical care transport team, responsible for the care of patients transported by ECU Health EastCare. Responsibilities include patient care, incorporating assessment, stabilization, and interventional techniques consistent with standards and protocols approved by the Medical Director.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience or 4,000 hours from a high call volume area, with a strong background in emergency medical services. American Heart Association ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required, as well as NRP, ITLS or PHTLS certification within 2 years of hire.
