Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed clinician to join our team as a part-time (with the possibility of transitioning to full-time) therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing patient care and working collaboratively with our clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Provide evidence-based clinical interventions and make referrals as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and billing information
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program
  • Full licensure with the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
