Job Overview

Position Summary: The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations to ensure compliance with the specifications agreed upon with clients. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, providing opportunities for career growth based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Team Leads and cleaning staff
  • Conduct quality inspections of facilities
  • Implement site evaluations and follow-up procedures
  • Manage inventory and restocking of cleaning supplies across all locations
  • Monitor and assess employee time management
  • Assist in cleaning tasks at designated facilities as required
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to deliver promised services to clients
  • Engage with management to address performance issues and ensure task completion
  • Train and communicate effectively with new and existing staff during shifts
  • Provide daily reports to the area manager detailing time, activities, and accomplishments
  • Support individual team members in their roles
  • Oversee all aspects of operational management within the assigned area
  • Communicate with facility contacts to guarantee service quality
  • Work up to 40 hours weekly
  • Act as a key holder and travel to various facilities (monthly vehicle allowance provided)

Qualifications
