Job Summary

As a Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cardiovascular clinical programs at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing and newly created cardiovascular clinical programs to ensure seamless coordination of care across the spectrum.
  • Directly supervise advanced practice providers, nurses, and non-clinical staff to achieve best-in-class outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance quality oversight and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate research efforts and business activities that drive growth and reputation.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, financial performance, and internal factors to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Current IL license as a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physical Therapist.
  • Five to eight years of experience in a relevant role, with demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness, is also offered.
