Water Damage Specialist

**Job Summary**

At Paul Davis Restoration, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning and Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our mitigation team, you will be responsible for performing various restoration services, including water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, and board up services to prevent further damage to properties.
• Conduct mold remediation and asbestos/lead abatement services to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Perform carpet cleaning and reinstallation services to restore properties to their original condition.
• Work under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager to ensure all work is performed according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
• Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks as needed to support the team's efforts.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is in good working condition.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in restoration or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
