Elementary School Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic educational team in the New Castle, DE area.
This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to support the development and educational engagement of elementary students with varying needs. As an OT, you will be responsible for assessing and developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans, and providing direct therapy services focusing on enhancing motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive abilities.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills within a school environment. A prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required. The successful applicant must hold an active Delaware Occupational Therapy license and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality therapy services that promote student success.
