S. J. Hollander Architect is seeking a motivated Architectural Intern to become a part of our dynamic team. Position Overview:

As a vital member of our compact firm, you will have the chance to engage in various roles. This position is ideal for those who desire a multifaceted experience and wish to contribute to all phases of project development. The primary focus of this role involves the preparation of construction documents. Additionally, you will collaborate on design development, liaise with engineering partners, evaluate shop drawings, participate in client discussions, and document existing site conditions.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architectural office setting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• A degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with additional software tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, and others.
• Note: All candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our office.
