About the Job

Data Loss Prevention Engineer is a critical role that requires expertise in data protection and information security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data loss prevention policy configuration and administration, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and administer data loss prevention policies to ensure the security and integrity of sensitive data.
  • Develop and implement data protection strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data security gaps and vulnerabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure the organization's data protection program remains effective.
Requirements
  • MS Purview experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong data loss prevention experience and knowledge of tooling such as Microsoft Purview, Broadcom Symantec DLP, Forcepoint, and Digital Guardian.
  • Experience working in an enterprise environment, particularly in the banking sector.
  • Engineering expertise in data protection, including migrating from one DLP tool to another, standing up/turning on more functionalities at a larger scale, and understanding the ideal future state for growing a data protection program.
