About the Role
As a Bassett Design Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to understand their design needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities
- BUILDING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Engage with customers to determine their needs according to taste, lifestyle, and investment range.
- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Develop comprehensive knowledge of furniture construction, design trends, and our products to provide expert advice to customers.
- SALLES SKILLS: Utilize effective selling techniques through in-home design consultations to maximize selling opportunities.
- TARGET SALES GOALS: Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a positive and professional image.
