We prepare field change documents and requests for information, and initiate requisitions for field purchases. We also verify commodities on quantity tracking systems or other computer database systems as required.

  • Prepares cost estimates and reviews project design and engineering bill of materials to ensure their completeness.
  • Reviews project design and engineering documents, model, and model data to ensure their completeness and readiness for construction.

We interface with construction engineers, discipline superintendents, foremen, and craft professionals in interpreting engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check, including verification of employment, education, and travel.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization, resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Working knowledge of design codes and standards including NFPA 70-2014 and NQA-1.
