We are seeking a skilled Café Specialist to join our team in this exciting role. As a Café Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, serving, and selling high-quality beverages to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Process orders accurately into the POS system.
- Receive payment from customers and process change.
- Serve a variety of cold, frozen, and hot drinks, as well as food items.
- Follow recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items.
- Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
- Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
