Job Description

This Janitorial Associate role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in their work. As a key member of our janitorial staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with our Environmental Sustainability Program.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform routine safety sweeps to identify potential hazards and report any issues to management.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Able to work an entire shift on your feet and in physically demanding environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $19.00 - $26.00.
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
  • Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
