Job Summary
The HR Front Desk Assistant performs a variety of HR administrative duties, providing excellent customer service to employees and interested candidates of Sugarbush Resort.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist applicants and employees visiting the HR office, often being the first point of contact for Sugarbush employees.
- Assist with employee onboarding tasks and requirements, including I9 document verification.
- Process and issue season passes for employees and eligible dependents.
- Answer the main HR Department telephone and respond to voicemails.
- Assist employees with logging into the HRIS system and resolve onboarding questions/issues.
- Print and distribute nametags.
- Assist with employee event organization and special duties as needed.
- Support the International Employee Program.
- Assist other departments during holiday periods.
Requirements
- Previous Human Resources reception or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers, and management.
