Job Summary

The HR Front Desk Assistant performs a variety of HR administrative duties, providing excellent customer service to employees and interested candidates of Sugarbush Resort.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist applicants and employees visiting the HR office, often being the first point of contact for Sugarbush employees.
• Assist with employee onboarding tasks and requirements, including I9 document verification.
• Process and issue season passes for employees and eligible dependents.
• Answer the main HR Department telephone and respond to voicemails.
• Assist employees with logging into the HRIS system and resolve onboarding questions/issues.
• Print and distribute nametags.
• Assist with employee event organization and special duties as needed.
• Support the International Employee Program.
• Assist other departments during holiday periods.

Requirements

• Previous Human Resources reception or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• High degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers, and management.
