The Division of Adult Institutions is currently seeking an Adult Basic Education (ABE) & Mathematics Instructor at Kettle Moraine Correctional Institution.

Position Overview
This position entails the design and implementation of an educational program in ABE and Mathematics tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. Key responsibilities include maintaining necessary documentation, conducting student assessments, managing classroom behavior, attending meetings, and participating in committees. The instructor will also provide specialized training, individualized instruction, and engage in various special projects.
Compensation Details
The starting wage is $28.55 per hour, complemented by an excellent benefits package. Candidates may receive additional compensation for relevant educational credits beyond certification prerequisites.
Compensation is governed by the Compensation Plan, Statutes, and Administrative Code. This role includes a twelve-month probationary period.

Qualifications
To be minimally qualified, candidates must fulfill the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) criteria in Mathematics and Adult Basic Education (ABE). This includes holding a Bachelor's degree and completing specific coursework related to education and teaching methodologies.
