Position Summary:

We are looking for a diligent housekeeper responsible for maintaining cleanliness in vacant units and common areas. This role involves close collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure our properties are in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in the business office, restrooms, laundry facilities, model apartments, and shared areas according to a set schedule.
  • Prepare vacant apartment units for viewings and new occupants.
  • Report maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assist in managing inventory supplies.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while performing job duties and report any obstacles encountered.
  • Conduct all activities in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare units for incoming residents, ensuring appliances are functional and reporting any issues to the Lead Maintenance.
  • Produce keys as required.
  • Inspect and perform minor repairs on bathroom tiles.
  • Change air conditioning filters as needed.
  • Utilize carpet cleaning equipment to maintain carpets.
  • Assist in the removal of heavy items during apartment cleanouts.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to undertake all assigned tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety practices in the workplace.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Availability for on-call duties and extended hours, including weekends.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for resident interactions.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred for office communication.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to sit, stand, climb, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Able to walk the property for several hours in varying weather conditions.
