Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (i.e., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace or related degree) or Business with experience leading engineering teams.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in leadership, with a proven track record of managing complex technical projects with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and high-quality engineering.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience planning and managing projects/products, with a strong understanding of spacecraft design principles, manufacturing processes, and testing methodologies.
  • Electrical and Software Background: Strong electrical and/or software background, with a proven ability to manage complex technical projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation through technical execution.
