About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, including participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store initiatives.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
