As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will also supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Responsibilities:- Assess and plan direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- CPR certification.
