Job Summary

The Clinical Educator Retail Health provides coaching and training to achieve optimal outcomes in clinical practice or front office. This role participates in developing content for on-boarding pathways, creates supplemental training or resources, and develops audit tools to monitor performance. The incumbent must adapt to dynamic environments and apply education tools to ensure ongoing learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Three years combined experience in functional specialty and education/training preferred
  • Current WA State MA-C or LPN license preferred for clinical trainers
  • Minimum years teaching experience preferred
  • Must successfully complete MHS Epic credentialing program within 60 days of hire and maintain ongoing requirements
