Key Responsibilities

Role Summary: This entry-level position focuses on the design and specification of decentralized wastewater treatment systems, suitable for candidates with 0-4 years of experience.

Main Duties:

  • Develops both conceptual and detailed designs for decentralized wastewater systems, including drainfield layouts and biological treatment processes.
  • Creates CAD drawings for site layouts, assembly diagrams, and detailed arrangement plans to support the CAD team. Collaborates closely with internal sales representatives to ensure designs align with sales objectives.
  • Coordinates technical specifications across various departments such as Sales, Engineering, and Marketing. Establishes standard design methodologies for current and prospective technologies.
  • Writes both technical and non-technical articles for publication in industry media and prepares client-focused technical presentations as required.
  • May engage in research and development of new technologies and provide field support for construction demonstrations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on wastewater treatment.
  • Demonstrates high motivation, initiative, and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

EIT certification is preferred; candidates on the path to obtaining a PE license are encouraged to apply.
