Job Opportunity at MD Anderson Cancer Center

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Medical Physicist to join our team at the Department of Radiation Physics at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support external beam and brachytherapy treatments at the main campus in Houston
  • Participate in quality assurance for EBRT treatment machines, CT-simulators, and HDR and PDR units
  • Contribute to special projects and other assignments as needed
  • Participate in research programs and educational programs for graduate students and trainees
Requirements:
  • PhD in Medical Physics or Physics
  • ABR certification completed or in progress
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a large team
Benefits:
  • Target base salary of $180,600 to $273,400
  • Incentive compensation, comprehensive health, wellness, time off, savings, and retirement benefits
  • Relocation support, as applicable
